Assumptions - How to stop being so judgemental ?

We love to guess. To be the judge of other people’s lives. We think that our vision is better than our neighbor’s and yet we forget how small we are.

It is so easy to find the little flaws in our partner, our family, our friends. But is it as easy as admitting our own shortcommings ?

You are the main character in your life. You see the world through your eyes, through the perspective of your experiences in this lifetime.

Being so caught up in the daily events that you might forget to take a step back and understand.

You are not just your daily experience. You are more than just a body that functions on this earth.

With the speed of our routine we forget what we came to be a part of.

We look a tour small screens and hear about all the terrible things going on in this world and we feel like there is no hope.

But that small lense it just like when you focus on that « bad thing » that happened to you for 5 min and is ruining the rest of the day. The world isn’t just « bad news ». Just as you are not your thoughts.

You have to understand here that by focusing on your appearance and your sense of self, you are missing a big part of your being.

That part that allows you to witness a moment for what it is. That part that makes you enjoy the small things that make this life worth living and that allows you to take a break.

Take a break from being what you think you are in this lifetime.

Close your eyes and just take a moment to feel.

Take a moment to enjoy the air coming in and out of your lungs.

Let your thoughts come and go until they stop interrupting your moment with yourself.

You can addres it all later. For the moment just enjoy that beautiful energy going up and down your spine and you keep on breathing.

Take a moment to feel.

Take a moment to just

Be.

Love
