Enlightenment usually comes with a lot of pain

A lot of you have reached out in the past few days.
I can see that some of the chaos around you is getting to you.
just remember that in order to re-construct something new sometimes we have to get rid of old and bad habits, toxic relationships, toxic behavior etc.
Just like the tower in the Tarot, enlightenment usually comes with a lot of pain. This is the power of the shadow work. What is this? Shadow working is when you’re facing your traumas, everything you’ve been trying to escape from or deny. It’s about getting rid of the shadow of yourself that you’re caring around and that is weighing on your vibration.
i’m guessing this is starting to make sense for a lot of you. Yes in order to raise your vibration you will have to stop lying to yourself. But in order to do so you will also have to be kind to yourself.
You’re not alone we all feel like sh!t sometimes. It’s OK not to be happy all the time it is actually impossible to be happy all the time! Don’t see happiness as a constant state but rather see it as the appreciation of those beautiful and fleeting moments.
It took you so long to get here, A few bad days won’t erase all the work you’ve been doing so far.
we are humans we make mistakes we have bad and good days, it is OK.
just remember not to let something small disrupt your whole day.
Letting go is not about not caring, on the contrary.
letting go and raising your vibration means that you operate from a place of love.
I am appalled when I see people who talk about enlightenment and then promote selfish behavior (like saying that wearing a mask will infringe on your rights when in fact you are saving people’s lives!!).
to all of you who are fighting to all of you who are trying to better themselves every day I see you I appreciate you and I support you 100%!
