I AM ENOUGH.

I am enough.
I am strong.
I am real.
I support my sisters/brothers I don’t judge them.
I love myself enough not to need to seek validation in anybody’s eyes.
I am unique.
What I have, nobody can take it away from me.
I am not looking for myself I am creating myself.
I am not perfect… and that’s ok.
I have scars; I have traumas.
I am healing.
I am working on becoming a better version of myself on a daily basis.
I treat myself with kindness therefore I see the world through compassionate eyes.
I don’t rely on others for my own happiness because I know that the light that I am seeking is inside of me.
I create my own happiness.
I am human, I have flaws.
I am human, I have gifts.
I am me and I don’t compare myself.

That’s what I want you to repeat in front of the mirror from now on.
