We do not provide refunds after the product is shipped, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website. Please make sure that you've carefully read product description before making a purchase.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS:
All our digital products sales are final.
Since it's a digital product we cannot refund, please read the descriptions carefully before purchasing.
SESSIONS:
All sessions sales are final, Red reserves the right to escort out of private or group sessions in case of disrespect or behavior issue.
CLOTHING:
Each piece of clothing is created once you purchase the item. We do not have stock therefore we cannot accept returns. In case of an issue with the design or product we can send another item if the issue comes from our manufacturers. All sales are final so please read the size charts carefully.
Wash every item inside out with a delicate program (not more than 30°) in order for the print to last longer and to avoid damage on the design.
